The three-day meeting with the theme , Strengthening Palliative Care in Nigeria: the total psychosocial well-being of the patient .The DG in her Goodwill message reiterated that the theme aligns with NACA’s commitment to delivering person-Centered, equitable, and comprehensive HIV services. As NACA work towards ending AIDS as a public health, threat, NACA is mindful that people living with HIV, particularly those with advanced disease and co-morbidities, require holistic care that preserves dignity, relieves suffering, and supports their overall well-being. palliative care therefore, remains an indispensable components of a resilient and compassionate health system.
