NACA Welcomes Advocacy Visits and Strengthens Partnerships

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) recently hosted two important visits that highlight NACA’s commitment to collaboration and advocacy.

NACA Receives Recognition from Servicom

Today, 5th of April 2024, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, the National Coordinator/CEO of the Servicom National Office, paid a courtesy visit to NACA’s Director General, Dr. Temitope Ilori. During the visit, Mrs. Akajemeli decorated Dr. Ilori with a Servicom lapel, signifying NACA’s dedication to providing excellent service delivery to Nigerians.

This recognition reflects NACA’s ongoing efforts to improve its service delivery mechanisms and ensure efficient and transparent services for all stakeholders.

Voice of Disability Initiative Visits NACA

NACA also welcomed a delegation from the Voice of Disability Initiative (VDI) led by Barrister Catherine Edeh, the organization’s Executive Manager. Barrister Edeh presented a congratulatory letter to Dr. Ilori on [date] during their visit to NACA’s headquarters.

This visit underscores the importance of collaboration between NACA and civil society organizations (CSOs) working on health issues, particularly those affecting people with disabilities. NACA recognizes the crucial role of CSOs in raising awareness, promoting inclusion, and advocating for improved access to healthcare services for all Nigerians.
