INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT COMMUNITY AND MEDICAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS IN OSUN STATE.

  1. Preamble

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is statutorily responsible for the coordination of the National HIV response in Nigeria and has allocation in year 2024 Budget of the Agency and intends to use part of the funds to carry out Community and Medical outreach programs in Osun State.

 

In view of the above, NACA therefore seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm with proven expertise in community health services and outreach programs. The outreach will focus on providing HIV, Hepatitis, Malaria testing, as well as TB and STI screening in designated communities. The program will also include malaria treatment, deworming for children, and referrals for severe and positive cases requiring advanced care. This outreach aligns with NACA’s mission to reduce the burden of communicable diseases through prevention, early detection, and referral services.

                                                                                                                                         

  1. Qualification requirement

To qualify for consideration, interested firms/service providers are required to submit expression of interest alongside with the under-listed documents:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
  2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2021, 2022 & 2023);
  3. Evidence of Registration with BPP (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)
  4. Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)

 

  1. Instructions for Submission

Expression of Interest must be signed and submitted in one original and a copy in a sealed envelope appropriately labelled “Provision of Community and Medical Outreach in Osun State”. The envelope must be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before 12Noon Thursday 17th October, 2024:

  1. The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment is obtainable at the address below.

 

  1. Selection is by Least Cost Selection (LCS) Method

 

  1. In addition, completed EOI is expected to be registered and dropped in the designated bid box on or before 12noon, on Thursday 17th October, 2024. The Expression of Interest documents will be opened immediately after the close of bids submission at the Procurement Division Office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
