INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INVENTORY AND FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

  1. Preamble

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is statutorily responsible for the coordination of the National HIV response in Nigeria and has allocation in year 2024 Budget of the Agency and intends to use part of the funds for the development of Inventory and Fleet Management Software. The current manual systems hinder efficient tracking, real-time visibility and accountability in inventory and fleet management. This has led to potential stockout, overstocking, inaccurate data, and increased operational costs.

 

In view of the above, NACA therefore seeks to engage a qualified and competent consulting firm with capacity to develop a software for inventory and fleet management for the Agency as outlined in the Terms of Reference for the assignment.

 

  1. Qualification requirements

To qualify for consideration, interested companies/service providers are required to submit expression of interest alongside with the under-listed documents:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
  2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2021, 2022 & 2023);
  3. Evidence of Registration with BPP (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)
  4. Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)
  5. Evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs (Award Letters) in the last five years.
  6. Three years audited accounts (2021, 2022 & 2023)
  7. Instructions for Submission

Expression of Interest must be signed and submitted in one original and a copy in a sealed envelope appropriately labelled “Development of Inventory and Fleet Management Software”. The envelope must be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before 12Noon, Thursday 17th October, 2024:

 The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment is obtainable at the address below.

  1. Selection is by Least Cost Selection (LCS) Method
  1. In addition, completed EOI is expected to be registered and dropped in the designated bid box on or before 12noon, on Thursday 17th October, 2024. The Expression of Interest documents will be opened immediately after the close of bids submission at the Procurement Division Office. Late submissions will not be accepted. This Notice also invites you for the Bid-Opening as appropriately indicated above.
