NACA SERVICOM was established in September, 2012. As part of requirements for Ministries, Department and Agency (MDA’s) to institutionalize the functions of SERVICOM by way of provision of operational guidelines refer to as ‘Service Charter’. This operational manual aims at providing information about the Agency’s customer-centered service delivery flow, new modalities for standard checks as well as its commitment to continuous service improvement, for its constituents, Clients, Partners and stakeholders for continuous learning to provide satisfactory services. This is to motivate such esteemed service takers to make appropriate demands, interact appropriately, and make complaints at all times as each occasion demands.

  • NACA SERVICOM works in several ways to ensure you receive the best possible service:
Monitoring and Evaluation: We track and assess the performance of our services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Client Feedback: Your feedback is important! We actively seek your input on our services through surveys, complaints procedures, and other channels.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Based on our findings, we report on service performance and make recommendations for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and accountability.
