EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR THE TRAINING OF STAFF ON INFERENTIAL ANALYSIS
4th August, 2025
- Preamble
Data influences strategic and operational decisions by providing relevant information to accurately interpret, analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions, for informed decision-making. Statistical inferential analysis enables individuals to make evidence-based decisions by estimating population parameters, testing hypotheses, and assessing relationships between variables. Many individuals lack formal training in these techniques, which limits their ability to leverage data effectively, hinder decisions and findings, reliance on intuition or incomplete analyses, increasing the risk of errors and leading to missed opportunities for data-driven insights. This training program aims to equip individuals with the skills to apply statistical inferential methods in their work, enhancing organizational efficiency and decision quality.
Training ensures individuals to make defensible, data-driven decisions, reducing costly mistakes and improving outcomes. Without trained individuals, organizations may depend on external consultants, increasing costs and delaying decisions. Equipping individuals with inferential skills ensures in-house capacity to meet these demands efficiently and cost-effectively.
JUSTIFICATION
The statistical inferential analysis training program is a strategic investment in the organization’s future. By addressing skill gaps, enhancing decision-making, and aligning with industry trends, the training will empower staff to unlock the full potential of data. The benefits which are, improved efficiency, cost savings, and a data-driven culture, far outweigh the modest costs and time commitment. Implementing this program will position the organization as a leader in evidence-based innovation, ensuring long-term success in a data-driven world.
- Pre-qualification requirement
To qualify for consideration, interested consultants are required to submit CVs including the underlisted documents below:
- Cover Letter (Sign) – Unsigned cover Letter shall be automatically disqualified
- Recent copy of CV
