Invitation to tenders for the cleaning and fumigation of NACA headquarters and premises

  1. Preamble

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is statutorily responsible for the coordination of the National HIV response in Nigeria with funding sources from Government of Nigeria (GON) and other National and International Donor Agencies such as Global Fund (GF), UNICEF, etc.

 

In its efforts to create a well working and conducive environment for its staff to carry out their responsibilities effectively, the Agency intends to engage the services of a Cleaning Firm/Vendor on an annual Retainership Arrangement for the Provision of Cleaning and Fumigation Services for the Agency’s Headquarters Offices and Premises, In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Agency, therefore invites  reputable Companies and Service Providers to submit proposals (technical & financial) for the engagement. The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment is obtainable at the address below.

                                                                                                                  

  1. Qualification requirement

To qualify for consideration, interested companies/service providers are required to submit proposal alongside with the under-listed documents:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
  2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2021, 2022 & 2023);
  3. Evidence of Registration with BPP (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)
  4. Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF (expiring Dec. 31, 2024)
  5. Evidence of at least one similar job (Award Letter) in the last five years.
  6. Instructions for Submission

Proposal must be signed and submitted in one original and a copy in a sealed envelope appropriately labelled “Proposal for Provision of Cleaning and Fumigation Services”. The envelope must be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before 19th day of September, 2024:

  1. In addition, completed bid is expected to be registered and dropped in the designated bid box on or before 12noon, on Thursday 19th September, 2024. Bids will be opened immediately after the close of bids submission at the NACA Main Conference Room located on the first Floor of the Agency’s Headquarters Building in the above Address. Late submissions will not be accepted. This Notice also invites you for the Bid-Opening as appropriately indicated above.
