The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) coordinates the National HIV/AIDS response, providing guidance to all implementing entities, coordinating and reporting on the attainment of national objectives of the response while ensuring that resources are used in the most efficient manner. NACA’s mandate is to ensure efficient and effective coordination of the national response leading ultimately to the attainment of universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support services for all Nigerians.

Nigeria is a Federal State with 36 semi – autonomous States divided into 6 geopolitical zones and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Over the years since 2001, NACA and the states have partaken in various grants and credits from the Global Fund and World Bank, funds and support from the Government of the Federation as well as a host of other funding sources to stop and reverse the trend of HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. Successive reviews have shown a mix of successes and failures, which over time has shaped the structure and operation of the national response. The Agency as a Principal Recipient requires the services of a competent company for the Supply of Diesel (AGO). 

Section A: Supply of Diesel (AGO) 

 The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is requesting for a quotation for the Supply of Diesel (AGO). For this purpose, Procurement 

unit is soliciting for quotes from your organization to provide NACA with your best offer in Nigerian Naira (NGN)  

 All quotations are inclusive of all associated cost for deliveries. 

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

1. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Articles of Association (forms CAC2 and CAC7); 
2. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023) valid till 31st December 2024;  

It is very important to note that only the requested documents are expected form vendors to submit.  

 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS  

1. a. The Duly signed quotations (in one sealed envelope, one marked “original” and one marked “copy”. The envelope shall then be enclosed in one single outer envelope) should be delivered on or before the due date and time by hand in sealed envelope indicating on the envelope “Supply of Diesel (AGO)” to

1. Note that it is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
2. Only quotation received through the physical address provided above will be considered. Upon submission of proposal, suppliers are expected to fill bid register at the location address.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION 

The deadline for the submission of Tender should not be later than 12 Noon on Thursday 25th July, 2024. Clarification can be obtained at the Office of the Head of Procurement, Ground Floor, NACA main building, 3 Ziguinchor Street. Wuse Zone 4. Abuja. The bids will be opened immediately after close of submission.

2. ii.  NACA shall verify any or all documents and claims made by Vendor and will disqualify   falsified documents and claims.

iii. If it is determined that submitted documents and claims have been falsified, the vendor may face prosecution in a court of Law. 

1. NACA shall not be held responsible for any disqualified quotation as a result of any omission or deletion relating to the submission guidelines.

iii. This advertisement shall not be construe a contract to any vendor, nor shall it entitle any vendor submitting documents to claim any indemnity from NACA. 

1. NACA is not bound to shortlist any vendor, and reserves the right to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liabilities or providing reason.
2. In case of discrepancy between rate price and total amount, the rate price shall prevail.
