Tuberculosis (TB) is a bacterial infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB spreads through the air when a person with TB of the lungs or throat coughs, sneezes, or talks. It affects people that stay in over crowded room with poor ventilation. Somebody with HIV/AIDs can also have tuberculosis infection so there could be infection. It leads to immune suppression. The bacteria usually attack the lungs, but they can also damage other parts of the body. TB is preventable by immunization, good nutrition and avoiding over crowded areas. It is treatable but requires appropriate medical diagnosis or laboratory investigations. It can be treated through the use of appropriate anti-TB drugs.

Malaria causes symptoms that typically include fever, tiredness, vomiting, and headaches. It is preventable and curable but If left untreated, it can kill. It thrives in an untidy and unclean environment.
