Easter time is the commemoration of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is a time for redress, atonement, hope and love. Interestingly, the Easter period has increasingly become an event universally celebrated without recourse to religion, ethnic background or geographical location. Rather than engage in unhealthy activities, Nigerians are urged to use this season to show love and kindness to people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
To make Nigeria a nation of people with functional knowledge of HIV/AIDS who provide care and support to individuals, families and communities confronted with the epidemic and the Agency solely authorized to facilitate all stakeholder HIV/AIDS activities in the country.
