Nigeria National Response Exhibition

We are pleased to bring to the attention of the Nigerian public and delegates that the Nigerian National Response will be exhibiting appropriate and high quality documents, products and materials at the forthcoming international AIDS conference which will be taking place in Vienna, Austria from 18th-25th of July 2010.

Towards this end, the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) has secured an exhibition stand at the conference which location will be known soonest. Note that the stand is for the entire National Response for HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.

We therefore seize this opportunity to invite individulas and organisations within the Nigerian National Response that has useful materials for exhibition at the conference to forward such materials to us by 15th July 2010. A committee made up of relevant stakeholders has been put in place to examine and decide on appropriate materials to be selected for exhibition. The size of the stand, quality of materials and appropriateness of same to the projection of our National Response will be considered.

A roaster has been prepared by the committee which accommodates all delegates from Nigeria to take turn in manning the exhibition stand for the purposes of informing, educating and mobilizing visitors to the stand. Furthermore, Friday the 16th of July, 2010 at 10.am has been schedule for pre-conference briefing of delegates.
