• Masters Degree in the Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Admin, or Finance.
• Not less than 18 years post NYSC experience.

• Masters Degree  in the Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Admin, or Strategic Planning and Operations Research

Senior Programme Officer CONTISS 09  (Code No. 1-03)

• Masters degree in the Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Admin
• At least 6 years post NYSC  experience
• Not less than 3 years cognate experience in Public Health / HIV/AIDS  work is an added advantage

Policy Division

Assistant Director   Policy  CONTISS 13 (Code No. 1-04)

• Masters Degree  in the Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Admin, or Strategic Planning and Operations Research
• Not  less than 18 years post NYSC experience
• Not less than 7 years cognate experience in Public Health / HIV/AIDS Policy formulation work.

Principal Programme Officer  CONTISS GL. 10  (Code No. 1-05)  

• Degrees in public health, social sciences (Economics, Political Science, Sociology and Demography), medical and   biomedical sciences are required.
•  At least 6 years post NYSC  experience
• Not less than 3 years cognate experience in Public Health / HIV/AIDS  work is an added  advantage

• Not less than 4 years cognate experience in Public Health / HIV/AIDS  work is an added advantage

Principal Programme Officers (M & E Field Officers) CONTISS 10  (Code No. 2-02)

• First degree in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health,  Health Sociology, Health Economics, Medical/Clinical Psychology, or Demography / Social Statistics
• Masters Degree in any of the above discipline is an added advantage.
• Not  less than 6 years post NYSC experience
• Not less than 3 years cognate experience in Public Health / Statistical work / Record Management.

Senior Programme Officer (Statistician in Biostatistics or  Epidemiology)  CONTISS 9 (Code No. 2-03)

• First degree in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health,  Health Sociology, Health Economics, Medical/Clinical Psychology, or Demography / Social Statistics
